Location near to Saudi, beach, clean and quiet

Unexpected Service and cleaned rooms. I wanted to go back to Saudi Arabia and take rest in this place. I just booked the hotel to sleep. However it was surprisingly nice quiet place on the beach. I will make it an essential to stay here every time traveling by car from Saudi to UAE

UAE Staycation.

The staff was very accommodating. The food was always fresh and tasty, beach and pool was very clean and accessable and the rooms were clean.

The room fridge is to small. There was not a microwave to reheat snacks.

Great breakfast.

They gave us instead of our booked room a little chalet with no view and next to a generator that prevented good sleep. The beach was off-putting with limited scenery. Wi-Fi don't cover the beach and barely reaches our room. Check out was stated from 12 until 2 on booking, however it turned to be only based on availability, and they only gave us late check-out after a hassle.

I left the room in the morning & I came back at 2. None cleaned the room! There also some insects ( flies) in the room. The AC all of sudden decided not to work properly!

Excellent getaway for the family

I like the breakfast and a big thanks to the chef for the variety and taste. The location was excellent as a beach resort, although too far from civilization (be aware that this hotel is far from any supermarket), and the view of the balcony room was awesome, the door to the balcony had a safety locks for the kids.

There was too many customers at the front disk when I wanted to check out. I wished that the parking lot was shaded.

They charged me the same amount i paid booking and then said...

They charged me the same amount i paid booking and then said it was a “block” and that they would release the payment when i check out. It wasn’t a block, the receptionist straight up lied to me. There’s definitely something fishy going on there.

Rooms are nice.

Rooms are nice. All face the sea and give great view. Calm and quiet atmosphere. Enough parking under the skies. No unnecessary hassle and delays at reception.

Very nice Swimming pools but they get closed at 8pm and beach is perpetually closed for swimming. Breakfast although nicely decorated but serves merely half the dishes compared to Holiday Inn. Bring Your Own tooth brush, tooth paste and comb. Hotel doesn't provide. Hotel telephones are no longer attended by staff.

Relaxing weekend, perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate

We enjoyed the hotel's facilities and we love how pristine the beach is. The staff were all accommodating especially Grace in the reception desk. She even gave us a room upgrade without us even asking for it. The receptionist at the Tides restaurant were also great. The housekeeping staff were prompt to our request. Mr. Shafeek, the Executive Housekeeper, was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean. The greeneries was something that we like as well (closer to nature). Our family indeed had a great time. The Tides resto chefs were very friendly.

Just a small observation and room for improvement in the dining area at the Tides. It's taking time for the waiters to clean our table, to the point that some of our plates were already stacked up before they clean it up. The cheese collection can be improved as we only had cheddar choose as the only choice. There was no non-halal section which was quite a surprise since I think that most 5-star hotels do have this section.

Very relaxing stay at a beautiful beach resort.

Pool area was very nice as were the terraces. We had some drinks and light meals later in the L'Attitude bar which was excellent. Our bed was the softest i have slept on for quite some time and they supplied feather pillow on request. We also got a complimentary upgrade on our room.

On the Beach, What's Not to Like

The location is great, on the beach. Staff is excellent. Rooms are spacious

While the staff is very attentive, it seems to be an act. It's kind like they talk about you behind your back. Restaurant prices are overpriced for the amount and quality of food.
